Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process and cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, and volume. Average shipping time is 6–13 business days. Longer delays may occur, especially during peak seasons.

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds.

Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.

3. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is limited and subject to strict conditions. Returns must be pre-approved and requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

All approved returns are subject to a 30–40% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds, if approved, are issued as store credit only unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Late delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items marked as delivered

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
